Treasurer
Billy Morgan Billy was
saved as a young boy, but did not become interested in ministry until he
was in college. God gave Billy the opportunity to be involved in campus
ministries at University of Mobile such as serving in inner city missions and
college Bible studies. The Lord provided Billy with a way to go on two
international mission trips to Israel and to Mexico. During those two trips, God
placed a burden on his heart to be supportive of international missions. After
college graduation, he traveled to Baguio City, Philippines
to help serve at a
youth camp. While there in the Philippines, the missionaries asked him to serve
as a short-term missionary and teach Bible classes at their Bible institute.
During that time, Billy met a young lady who was also teaching at the Bible
school, Theresa Sagubo, who became his wife. They currently live in
Trussville, AL. Billy work as an accountant with Health South and
Birmingham, AL as well as serving as the Treasurer for CBM. "Being involved in ministry, God has taught me about being available to His will and to trust in Him only for our needs. We cannot be productive through the energy of the flesh. God will open more doors for ministry in our life the more we stay close to Him by walking in the power of the Holy Spirit." Billy Morgan
